Update on RigpaVan forest at Sapna Ranch under Tree Plantation
We are making the manure from green leaves, dried leaves, local soil, forest soil, cow dung, cow urine, decomposer by ourselves. The pit in the photo is 3 ft by 2.5 ft by 2.5 ft (depth). All design has been done by using permaculture principles. We have already bought over 300 plants from the Konkan Krishi Vidya pith (KKV) nursery in Dapoli. This is one of the leading nurseries in the country.
We are digging trenches using the A Frame permaculture method. It helps with water retention, making manure and access to vegetation grown.
