Internship Program
Zemyna Foundation’s Internship Program is specifically designed to provide hands-on- experience across our key focus areas (Education, Environment, Women Empowerment, and Holistic well-being).
Interns can choose from a wide range of our ongoing projects and work closely with our core team. We support the well-being of our interns through their journey by providing them access to our coaches and well-being professionals.
Through this program, our interns:
- Set personal and professional goals for themselves and learn the art of time management
- Work in a structured manner to enhance existing and develop new skills
- Consolidate learning from their experience of working independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
- Make an impact through their work by way of engaging with live projects
We offer internship opportunities to children (12 years onwards) and adults, bearing in mind the requirements of students/volunteers as per their academic calendar. Interns are expected to commit to a minimum of four weeks to achieve goals and tangible project outcomes.
The program begins with an introductory session to brief interns about our projects and priorities. This is followed by group and individual discussions on mapping the interests and skill sets of our interns with the current needs of the organization.
The completion of an internship program is marked with the issuance of an internship letter, indicating the skills the interns have built through the program by working on our projects.
