Nnaumrata Arora Singh
A spiritual eco-feminism writer, speaker, conscious living coach, social change catalyst, circle convener and workshop facilitator, Nnaumrata holds the vision to awaken and galvanize the feminine spirit for a planetary transformation of consciousness.
She is the Founder of the not-for-profit organisation, Zemyna Foundation (Zemyna means Earth Goddess in Lithuanian) and the founder of Life Beyond Motherhood, a coaching and consulting venture aimed at helping women find fulfillment in their lives and careers. Her signature projects have been ‘Aparajita’, an award winning Diversity and Inclusion project with GENPACT and Breakthrough, a program for women returners designed for the Genpact Center for Women’s Leadership seeded at the Ashoka University at Sonepat.
Post completion of the Change.Org’s ‘She Creates Change’ 1-year program for women change makers, where she accomplished the massive feat of receiving over 1,00,000 signatures on her campaigning to reduce plastic packaging, Nnaumrata has been speaking and presenting at various national and international forums including at universities and at international conferences. She has conducted workshops and presented at the Parliament of World Religions at Toronto in 2018, the Climate Change and Consciousness Conference at Scotland in 2019, the Mind and Life’s Summer Research Institute at New York in 2019 and the ‘Elevating Consciousness through Meditation’ conference at IIM Bengaluru in 2019.
A Certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy, Australia, Nnaumrata has over 20 years of work experience, which includes a corporate tenure of 14 years, during which, she has held key leadership positions in Talent Development in leading MNCs like Accenture, Sapient Corporation, GE and Vodafone.
An avid writer, Nnaumrata published ‘The Possibility of Balance’ in 2015 and since then has been writing blogs, articles, newspaper columns and has also contributed book chapters on the subject of compassion. Nnaumrata is passionate about the subject of human flourishing and has trained with various Buddhist teachers and Climate Change experts. Since 2018, Nnaumrata has been hosting ‘Happiness Circles’, a unique initiative which she started at home and has now been shared with her network across the world.
Vishwa attributes 15+ years of successful career to her relentless commitment to growth through learning. She is an established business development professional, who has led sales and marketing team across organizations in media, information technology and internal audit consulting, both in India and United States. A former Femina Miss India contestant and alumna of NMIMS with MBA in marketing, she has also worked in advertising sales and branded content at STAR India and Endemol respectively. Since her promotion to motherhood she has been focusing on areas of environment, sustainability and child development.
On a personal front, she is an avid reader, traveler who loves music and dancing and calls herself a “TED talk addict”. She believes the world is thriving with wonderful people creating powerful stories, hers has just begun.
Archana has a corporate background with 16 years of experience in various capacities in software companies like Mindmill Software with focus on centralised banking software, and Prospecta Software with focus on HR and HSE software. She is currently transitioning from this background into one in social sector with a great desire to put her learnings to use here. In Mindmill Software, where she was responsible for setting up the Mumbai branch of this Delhi based company and supervised sales, delivery, installation and maintenance of software in Mumbai and Pune.. She was later responsible for nationwide supervision of processes related to software delivery to achieve targeted timelines.
In Prospecta Software, she was responsible for the regional representation of this Australian software company, coordinating and driving local client pitches, liaising. She counts administrative skills, people skills, writing, task management, resource management as her core strengths. Her passions include environmental causes, education, women’s empowerment, fashion, literature, theatre, interior design and blogging.
“Never say never” is the mantra that drives Parul in her personal and professional life! An MBA from Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur, she left her cushy corporate life to chart out a path of her own. An active member of IRSLA (Indian Revenue Services Ladies Association), she has taken up numerous social causes close to her heart and made a difference to the society at large. She has also spent many years being a part of PTA (Parents Teachers’ Association) at Bombay Scottish School Mahim Mumbai and has enabled constructive solutions in the school’s journey. An expert in strategic thinking, planning and logistics , she has voluntarily led a lot of small and large events with high quality.
On a personal front, Parul is married to a bureaucrat and they have a 12-year-old son. She is a chilled out mother who empowers her son to make his own choices and decisions, and believes in giving enough space to children for them to grow .
Chandni Moda, a courageous and talented young woman with philanthropist dream to bring the world out of deprivation. A resident of Mumbai, she did her primary education from St. Xavier’s School, Cuttack and went onto pursue her M. Phil in Finance from the reputed Ravenshaw University, Cuttack,Odisha. During her journey of education, she had won several accolades in the field of writing and debate. She has been a rank holder all throughout her educational career and her favorite subject was Finance & Acconts. She was a part-time lecturer in Business Law at Ravenshaw University for B. Com students from 2010-2011.
Chandni loves to paint and making handicrafts is her favourite pass time. Chandni is an excellent cook too. She is a yoga & fitness fanatic. Chandni is married to Anooj Moda and they are blessed with a beautiful 4-year-old – “Shivanshi”.
Chandni has always been passionate about giving it back to the society. She is associated with the “Ladies Circle” of Round Table India. Her idea of social service is Education ,Environment and Healthcare.Chandni dreams to build charitable schools and hospitals in times to come.
